This commercial is about M&M's becoming a snack. They try fighting back and it doesnt work. :)When I first saw this commercial I couldnt help but to laugh hysterically because I thought it was super funny. I hope you guys enjoy it.

The M&M Company Pays for this ad to run on television.
2. Why does the company need to do the ad?
The M&M Company needs to do the ad to help sell their product. Many people watch television so they thought of this commercial to play throughout the day. I know that personally I have seen this a few times now and think it is just hilarious.
3. What group is targeted by the ad?
I believe the group who is targeted by this ad would be teens and grown ups because you have to be able to determine what they are saying so that you get the concept of it being a snack. Also I think it is targeted to anyone who likes chocolate.
4. What about the ad leads one to that conclusion?
At the begining of the commercial you know the people are searching for a snack. When he opens the cuboard you see the M&M's and you know most likely they are going to be the snack. This leads to one of them in the bowl at the end.:)
8. What techniques of persuasion are used?
I think many techniques of persuasion are used in this commercial. For one its very funny and it gets people laughing. Second, it comes off that this can be a snack for people; many people throughout their day eats snacks and next time they need one they might think of this commercial. And third at the end they show you that they have more flavors or kinds to try.

In this commercial it does show a few kinds that they sell, however it does not say where to buy them from. It also doesnt state how much they usually sell for. Lastly it doesnt say what bag sizes they come in, because M&M's are one of my favorite candy's I know they come in different size bags, however this commercial does not say that.
14. Is it closer to fantasy or reality?
This commercial is definitely closer to fantasy because M&M's dont talk and could never throw anything at you.
